Day 1/60: Confession.... my father passed in January & like we as humans do in life when faced with tragedy.. I lost focus & fell all the way off. My diet, my workout etc... then I went on tour for 50 days & most of you might not know but it’s hard af to focus on your regimen when you’re in a different country & city every day... & I was sad & in pain from losing my father & that was my excuse not to give a fuck about anything... so I ate ANYTHING, drank ANYTHING & figured I’d fix it when I got home... well, I’m home.. it’s Monday & time to get right !!! So today, we have 60 days til summer which is perfect for this to be my DAY 1 of another @60daysoffitness challenge... so if you haven’t already, CLICK THE LINK in my bio & sign up.
