Years back to when I travelled to #Ethiopia with @amrefhealthafrica and they welcomed me with full traditional Ethiopian dress, a coffee ceremony, and an Ethiopian name: Selam (meaning PEACE, which I have tattooed)?
It was a magical moment.
I have never felt more connected to life and my roots.
Some of the oldest human species came out of #Africa, specifically Ethiopia.
It’s a special country with beautiful people that will always have a place in my heart. ❤️
