One of the many things I have learned from being a #hospice volunteer is how important it is to make sure you have your Advance Directive filled out and completed and to have the conversations with your loved ones to let them know about your end of life wishes.
It’s the most caring thing you can do for yourself and the ones you love most.
As a #hospice advocate, ambassador and volunteer I have put off doing my own for way to long! In honor of today being National Healthcare Decision day, I am committing to finishing my advance directive this month!
