Some of the best advice I’ve ever been given. We all keep doing familiar things that are bad for us, but no one at the end of their life wants to think, “I’m so glad I spent my life doing things that made me miserable”. And it’s different for each person, for some it’s alcoholism, for others it’s being in a dead end relationship, for some it’s ignoring health problems, for others it’s having people in your life who don’t love or value you. But even though it’s hard to change, its way better to make the change now than to live with the same old miseries. Or so I believe. I hope you find the courage to do what you know is right, especially if it’s hard.
