Nutrition is a big part of my daily routine as an athlete. I follow a plant based diet and include fish/eggs a few times a week. This is how my body feels and performs its best. This smoothie is my favorite go to post workout smoothie!
Ingredients:
Coconut water
Frozen blueberries
Frozen cucumber
Spinach
Guarana
Flax meal
Coconut sugar
Almond butter
Cinnamon
