18 months ago was my last international competition, 6 months ago my daughter entered this world, 4 months ago we started throwing again, 3 months ago is when we went full swing back into training, 4 weeks ago i had my first competition since 2016 and lastnight I won my 5th Com Games Medal? at my 5th Games ?????with a seasons best??- What a journey -
