- 1 lb lean ground turkey
-4 tsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce -2 tsp dark soy sauce -2 tsp sesame oil -2 tsp sugar
-8-10 dried shiitakes rehydrated thinly sliced
-1/2 large shallot minced -1 TB ginger minced -2 garlic cloves minced -1TB water -3 TB olive oil
S & P to taste
1) Add olive oil to pan until hot then add shallots, garlic, and ginger to sweat for a few mins until aromatic
2) Add mushrooms and cook until golden brown then add ground turkey breaking up as you go, cook until almost pink
3) Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water and sesame oil. Stir around until well combined."
