UPDATE: Toby is now safe in the SPCA but still needs a family to give him the love he deserves so please keep spreading the word! ?
?Can you believe this? It just breaks my heart and infuriates me... Some people are seriously fu&*$€g nasty!!! Please ig cat community peeps, lets work our magic and show Toby that all humans are not bad!

Toby is still at the shelter and in need of a forever home. He’s not good with other cats. This is his story:
A cat, Toby, who was given away, escaped and walked 12 miles back to his original home. When he got there, his former people took him to a shelter and asked that he be euthanized.
He wasn't, but..he still needs a home as he's at the shelter - a home with someone who will not only love him, but guard him as he'd likely try to get 'home' again.
I think that somehow we could find transport for Toby out of NC if necessary?
