Yesterday was upper body day @upfitnesslive I struggled a tad as we trained with Evil Steve late in the afternoon and I’d been up since 4am for work. I usually like to get it done late morning when I’m still in “work mode” However, shitty excuses aside, I still did it and I felt great after! I’m getting stronger and stronger and I love it! ?? I have big news coming in the summer regarding my fitness interests and ventures and I cannot wait to share it all with you! ?
