I was NOT letting anyone tell me I was 45 until it was official (technically I still have 12 hours)!? but anyways—- life passes us by quickly—- and the older you get the faster time seems to pass. Keep that in mind when you feel yourself sweating the small stuff. Life is all about the Big Picture- in my opinion. To me the goal at the end of all this when I’m on my death bed is to have NO REGRETS about what I should have done. I once took part in this program where every day i had to do something outside of my comfort zone- and it worked so well! So every day- go for it! Take that chance, ask that girl out you like, plan that dream vacation, tell him you love him even if he gets on ya nerves, start that business you’ve always dreamed of, get on that stage and give IT a try, lose that weight, say yes to a may be. TRY. Throw fear out the window. Stop worrying about what strangers think and say about you- do what Makes YOUR heart feel good. Loosen up, forget trying to be perfect- cause perfect people are boring AF! Embrace your flaws- be unapologetically YOU. Be authentically you. I promise you’ll start to glow because you’ve got inner happiness and peace and you’re simply content—- just being you. Seize the day and the moment people. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
