Finally after the rains of winter, the bay has been rejuvinated and blanketed in an inviting and lush carpet of greenery. In just a few short weeks, the green will dry and turn to golden brown as the hillsides bake under the hot and dry California sun, with the vicissitudes of seasons reminding us of the ever changing nature of our lives. We will bloom and blossom, resurrect and rise in triumph, and fall into the oblivion of the darkest of days. We'll dine like Kings, and weep like newborns. We'll laugh like lunatics and surrender to the stinging surge of sorrow. But at the end of the day, we will continue to surf the perpetual sine wave of life, and carry on all hurried and determined towards those things in which we've found our meaning, and that spark of magic. And you'll see me there, riding that wave, wearing an astronaut suit with a Hawaiian shirt on top, with a camera in one hand, and a taco in the other.
