Some CARDI- O to some CARDI- B 😂 Ok ok, I’ll stop... but really. I’m loving high intensity cardio circuits as opposed to long, drawn out sessions. A circuit is quick and to the point, as they can last as little as just a few minutes and still help you burn stubborn body fat! 🙌🏼 Last night I hit this circuit:
Do 30 seconds of each exercise, rest 1 minute. Repeat 5 times 🔥 - In and out jump squats
- Athlete ladder steps
