"Shooting with the 70-200mm in the water is tough, especially when shooting details like these water droplets dancing on the waters surface just after a wave passes by. They don't last long, only 3-4 seconds and sometimes not at all. With the long lens I make sure VR is enabled, shoot higher shutter speeds than normal to make sure the action is sharp, and I am constantly moving my position to be in the perfect spot to get the shot."
