Today, April 10th, is #EqualPayDay - a day that symbolizes how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned in the previous year. Did you know that women on average are paid 20% less than men for the same work? African American and Latina women are paid even less. But pay inequality cannot be a women versus men issue, rather all genders need to work together to change our current structures and systems that allow for this unfairness to happen.
