As many of you know, I’ve been quite passionate about my black flower garden for some years now. Not all the flowers bloom at once, and sadly some types only bloom for a few days! So when my dear friend, @mattriser suggested I start preserving my flowers in the old Victorian fashion, I was thrilled to learn! Although I’m still trying to master the process, I’ve started arranging these mourning crucifixes made up of all flowers from my garden [minus the black roses that were gifted to me]. These crosses are compiled of: Black Dhalia, Black Sunflowers, Black Pansies, Peony, Widow’s Pincushions, Black Adder, and Black Cala Lily. ? #casavond
