Thursday: Spelt and emmer flatbreads, a tweaked dough from the Pide recipe in my book topped with labneh, confit tomatoes a la @nocrumbsleft, onion, egg and fresh rocket leaves. If an Italian asks it’s not a pizza but I’m definitely channelling pizza for breakfast today ?????
