Back to it after the Easter break! Most of us probably woke up this morning feeling a little sluggish and not our usual chirpy self (I know I did!) ? Over Easter i threw a party, ate loads of chocolate, only trained once and I didn’t sleep that good either. It’s mostly expected for me over the bank holiday so I never beat myself up about it. My uncles Birthday lands on the weekend so every year we have a party for him with all the family and friends. It’s Great! As soon as the weekends over though I get straight back to my regular routine of clean eating and training. I woke today at 4.30 for work, prepped my food and got back to it. Each to their own but I believe In balance and every now and again I like to relax my diet and and my training and let my hair down. Not every weekend like I did in my 20s, because it takes me a lot longer to recover ?plus I genuinely feel crap when I eat crap, but once a month works for me. If your in the same category and have woken today feeling bad or guilty, DON’T! It’s called being human, welcome to the club. Get back on track and focus again on your goals ??❤️
