Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 dates, pitted
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
1️⃣ The night before serving, place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed.
2️⃣ Select Variable 1.
3️⃣ Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High and blend for 45 seconds.
4️⃣ Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight to thicken.
5️⃣ Serve chilled and top with fresh fruit. Enjoy!
