Crepe Batter Recipe

INGREDIENTS
.
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup of milk
1 tbsp oil or melted butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract

METHOD
.
Blend all the ingredients together to get a smooth batter.
Heat a skillet and spray it with butter spray. Then wipe off some of the butter with a paper towel to remove excess butter spray.
Pour in 1/3 cup of batter and move the pan around to spread the batter thinly as shown in the video and cook for about 30 second and then flip over. Second side cooks for about 10 seconds.
Remove and set aside. Repeat steps for remaining batter.
Assemble as desired with your favorite spread and toppings.
