Hope everyone is taking the time to walk and meditate this morning ✨taking the 15 minutes always centers me for the day. It’s still funny for me to write stuff like that, especially coming from a map dot in North Carolina called Pollocksville, but it’s changed my life y’all. I’m taking the time to use the Headspace App every morning and if changes everything. Guess all that sort of stuff feels strange since the only things we talked about growing up was fried okra and how much rain was coming. But I honestly believe little conversations like this are changing masculinity for the better ✨
