☀️ box squats - 3x10-12 (increasing weight every set)
☀️ banded box squats 3x10 (using my @gracefituk bands hayyyyy)
☀️ kettlebell swings 4x12-15
☀️ smith machine static lunges, weight underneath 3x12 each leg
☀️ smith machine leg press, (great for range of motion especially for short people who Leg press machines are not built for!) 4x12-15
☀️ hamstring curls 4x10-12
