Two weeks ago at my Uncles funeral I looked at my Father and saw that he was struggling. After losing 4 siblings he was tired and stressed. I noticed that he was walking like some of the other oldies around with an “old man shuffle”. He had subconsciously normalised something as simple as walking to be a shuffle because of his age.
With some healthy intervention I bought him a ticket and flew him across to Australia to get my personal strength and rehab coach to work on him. Andrew freely donated his time to help my father out and now he’s walking like he was 30 years ago and he was able to do his first push up since 1990!
No matter your age never let an old mindset sneak into you young body!
