I had a really lovely lunch today at Yuzusawa no Chaya in Fukushima City. Yuzusawa no Chaya is a restaurant opened in a very traditional japanese building, tucked away in the mountain roads near Tsuchiyu Onsen town. Yuzu is a type of citrus fruit which tastes different from both orange and lemon, and this restaurant makes the most of it's refreshing flavour in their recipes - their Yuzu-grilled onigiri are definitely a favourite of mine ☺️
