I have had to survive a lot in this life starting when I was only a small child. Learning to navigate trauma and pain can be so difficult but essential to self love. For me it’s only been through therapy and faith I find my heart on the path of healing and foreignness! I seek to become a more aware human and gain emotional empathy. I seek to find all the broken pieces and understand them. Above all I strive to evolve into a better version of myself inspire of any adversities... for me the work starts inward and the outward is a reflection of the progress.
