先日シャンパーニュメゾンのビルカール・サルモン200周年を祝う晩餐会の企画運営のお手伝いをさせて頂きました。ビルカール・サルモンは家族経営ならではの、妥協なき品質追及、少量逸品主義をモットーとして、高品質なシャンパーニュを造り続けています。帝国ホテルで行われた晩餐会では、プリンシパルダンサーの上野水香さんやセオドール・ミラーさんをゲストに、パリから来日したAlain Passardと帝国ホテルフレンチレストランLes Saisonsのシェフ、Thierry Voisinによる料理と合わせてシャンパーニュが楽しまれました。
