The waters are murky when it comes to being a more environmentally sound surfer. If we’re realists, we understand we’re still going to drive cars, catch planes and ride surfboards that aren’t great for the environment. This however doesn’t mean we should give up altogether. We’re fans of the new @coronaextra_au initiative to reduce everyday single use items: plastic bags, straws, coffee cups and plastic bottles. @ジョーディ・スミス made a pledge to ditch plastic straws and you can make your own pledge at the Corona website.
