There were 6 doorways into the front room, and although that amount of doors provide great access throughout the house, it makes it incredibly difficult to furnish with minimal wall space to anchor furniture. We decided to create a “passage door” with vintage leaded glass panels to act as fixed structure for furniture. If you look close, you will notice that there is no visible hardware or doorknobs from the living room. The doors can open from the other side should you need the access. This solves a lot of problems as we defined the space.
