??Kagithane İlçesi'ndeki ECON Gardens, tüm binayı kuşatan çevre dostu bir bahçe vahasında modern yaşamı birleştiren türünün ilk örneği olacak.
Dikey bahçeler, doğanın kentsel yaşama ve yoğun nüfuslu bölgelere nasıl entegre edilebileceğini göstermeyi amaçlıyor. ECON Gardens, Kağıthane İlçesi'nde gerçekleştireceğimiz projeler için planlanan daha büyük bir projenin parçası.
ECON, sürdürülebilir bina ve mimarlık için yeni bir ölçüt belirlemeyi hedefliyor. ECON Gardens ayrıca Belgrad Ormanı ve İstanbul şehir silüetine bakan ilk çatı havuzuna da sahip olacak. ??ECON Gardens at Kagithane District will be the first of its kind incorporating modern living within an eco-friendly garden oasis encapsulating the whole building.
The vertical gardens aim to show how nature can be integrated into urban living and densely populated areas. ECON Gardens are part of a larger project planned for our upcoming projects in the Kagithane District.
ECON aims to set a new benchmark for sustainable building and architecture. ECON Gardens will also have the first rooftop pool overlooking Belgrade Forest and the Istanbul city skyline.
