There’s a secret menu in Boomerang that give you the “slow-mo pause” effect like in this Boom. While in Boomerang (the app, not the setting in Stories), tap on the screen four times with four fingers (not nails)... a secret menu should pop up. Choose the “Forward and Back (Pause)” option!
