Last year this Pup was hit by a car and left for dead, luckily he was found by a police officer and brought to a Rescue in Bakersfield California, unfortunately most shelters don’t have funding for injured dogs, so he only had 24 hrs to be adopted, I immediately drove to Bakersfield that day to pick up what turned out to be one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever met, I named him Baker, he had a fractured pelvis but he was so thankful to be shown love you never would have known, I was able to foster him for 2 months until he was healed and then found him a new home, happy to tell you he is still happy and healthy and living like a king! happy I got to meet him. #fostertoadopt
