#Repost @natalienegrotti: I LOVE that so many of you ladies are auditioning to be part of the New York Jets Flight Crew Cheerleaders this year and have been reaching out to me with tons of questions! Keep 'em comin ? No matter the outcome you should be proud of yourselves for taking yourself out of your comfort zone and trying something new! I swear I was so nervous I almost walked out and didn't audition, but I did it and cheered for this amazing organization for 3 incredible years. To help better prepare you here is some advice I can share from my own experience

•take prep classes to get more comfortable with the dancing style and meet other ladies auditioning just like you

•If you make it to finals you will need a choreographed solo ?? don't be afraid to get creative so you stand out .

•some ladies don't make the team on their first year of auditions so don't be discouraged! Sometimes it takes a few tries ✨ .

.
•practice your pirouettes and stretch out your splits. You don't need to be the best dancer but it helps to practice ?? .

.
•have a positive attitude throughout the whole audition process and take it all in! .

.
•smile and have fun! Even if you mess up ?
