As of yesterday, (if you follow my IG story at all) I reached 100% of a weight loss goal of mine and I’m proud of myself. I know these kinds of posts are something most of my followers don’t care about — and that’s ok! Haha. But, it’s a big milestone for me and I’ve still got more health goals to accomplish. I really just want to pay it forward & if I can help others in the interim - that makes me happy. I was overweight. Hell, you can Google search me and see my weight over the past 15 years. Yikes! But, I’m not ashamed of that. In fact, I encourage you to look. If you’re ever in a dark place and you’re not feeling good about yourself, always know that you can climb out of that hole and do something about it.
