Happy International Women’s Day! Today was @laurenlograsso last day producing for our show and for @siriusxm. We are all going to miss her so much but especially me. She's been with me from the start. She was a host at @afterbuzztv and she had mentioned to @undergaro that her dream was to work at Sirius and her passion to work in radio. As Kev says, hire for heart train for skill. And with Lauren's incredibly huge heart we did just that. I'm so proud of her and her journey. She hung in through all the growing pains and has become an incredible young woman. I'm sad to lose her but excited for her next step. I always said I would do the opposite of what was done to me when I left places to grow: that I would celebrate them and support them. I'm proud to say I've broken the cycle as we should never fault people for wanting more or growing. Plus ironically by supporting their growth we only entice others to want to work with us even more. Hope you love the show today-it was a love fest but also a lot of important info on how to conduct yourself as you are coming up the ladder and even in terms of management. Mostly it's about appreciating the journey of a kind loving talented and smart young woman. Love you so much Lauren-my soul sister. Thank you for seeing and believing in me and for everything!
