Having visited Great Dixter and Kew, Sarah Burton and her team were thinking about nature. “The silhouette is more overblown than it has been, it’s very feminine, but the person wearing it is definitely a woman, not a girl,” says Burton. “And it’s almost as if that woman herself becomes an exploded flower: at one with nature, warmed in sunlight, drenched in rain”⠀
