As much fun as I’ve been having out here on tour with @IAMX, I have to admit it’s been so hard being away from @prayers. Friends keep referring to the “honeymoon phase” and reassuring me that these types of feelings will eventually fade as we grow into our marriage - but I tend to strongly disagree.
I know myself - and @prayers. We are making up for all the years we lost prior to finding each other, and every heartbeat alive counts.
@prayers had our matching wedding bands hand-engraved with our personal marriage mantra: “en vida y en muerte.” And it has been the best reminder of what’s at home waiting for me. After the Madrid show, I’m racing back home, and can’t wait to get my heart back close to his. X
