My Vegetarian ? Eggplant Chips (recipe below)
with a Vegan Nacho Cheese*➡️ (sauce on ig story)

Recipe ⤵️ for chips
Ingredients:
?1 Eggplant - cut very thin / almost paper thin
?Olive oil
?Flavorgod Seasoning

DIRECTIONS:
?preheat oven to 425
?Cut eggplant into thin slices (1/8” slices)
?brush each side lightly with olive oil
?place a wire rack on top baking sheet or line the baking sheet with foil
?arrange the eggplant slices in a single layer on prepared baking sheet
?bake for 10 min, then flip the other side for another 10 min.
?pull out of the oven and sprinkle with desired Flavorgod seasoning.
