Killed it this week ? doing sports taught me one important thing: why are we always afraid of failing? We don’t want to fail in our job, we want our relation ships to be perfect and we think failing is considered „weak“. Right? ? But in the gym we STRIVE for failure! In fact, the best workouts are the ones we pushed ourselves to our limit. And we feel good & positive about that - in order to get better and stronger.
