At the begining of this season I was feeling not very motivated, moody and a bit low in my energy, especially because of my leg injury. The last couple of months this tendency has changed, generally I feel more focused when I practice and I am more committed in putting all my energy in running the extra mile (or doing that extra gym session on sunday evening ?). I guess what I mean by writing about this is that motivation comes and goes and that's why it is important to take advantage of the moments when we feel powerful and keep going and stay on track when we are down. Storm can't last forever. ?
