@sweetsweat care package! ?? I used the workout enhancer for my last weight cut and it made the whole experience a breeze. If you know me, you know I don’t believe in massive cuts and I don’t like deplete my body of energy during fight week ??. I eat 4-5 times a day, even while cutting and I even eat carbs (yes, you read that right!! CARBS ON FIGHT WEEK). I water load that week and apply the workout enhancer under my clothing before a run or workout. ⚠️ WARNING: you will SWEAT ? like a mfer! The pounds just melt away. Easy peasy ??
