I was wearing a little jean jacket for most of my trip (I’ve been in the habit of hiding my upper arms for quite some time). I finally took it off at lunch because I got hot. Seri snapped a pic and when I saw it, I was like— HOLY CRAP WHOSE ARMS ARE THOSE???? I left my jacket in my bag after that. New arms are 100% due to @zengirlfitness. Please go over and check out her feed. She gives so many awesome suggestions and videos for exercises you can do at home. They seem impossible but she says trying to do the moves is just as much of a workout as doing them successfully. In fact, if you do them successfully, you should move on to something harder. Training with her has really been life changing for me. And she’s become a great friend as well. I ❤️ you, Jennifer!!!
