Last night I was on a plane when @ナイジャ・ヒューストン’s part dropped. I got WiFi and was trying to fix the breaking of theberrics.com while up in the air with all the boys on the ground. Now, we’ve had hundreds of thousands of people on The Berrics site at one time during the live webcast of BATB and not once has it broken. We were simply unprepared, especially for how much we promoted it. This is how special it was. Now, I didn’t actually get to see the part until about an hour ago and even after I started seeing the first responses in the comments while I was up in the air, I was not ready for what I was about to see. Til Death was truly a transformative experience. So, I just want to take this moment to personally congratulate @Nike Skateboarding @tyevans and @mikepoore and their whole team for creating something comparable in magnitude to any work of art that has existed and still exists in all of human history that is considered a masterpiece. You are right up there with all of them. And most of all, I want to congratulate Nyjah for pushing the limits of humankind itself. You created new boundaries that will take generations of skaters to reach the edge of. You have been doing this since you were a child and I’m certain you will continue to do it for as long as you have life in you in whatever it is you do. You are a gift to us all. Your love for skateboarding enriches all of ours as we get to vicariously experience it through you. However you have arrived at this state, which I believe to be above man, please stay there as it is a joy to watch. I am blown away. So much love to you and your family.
