?CHICKEN FAJITA QUESADILLAS?

INGREDIENTS
Grilled Tawook Chicken (or just grilled chicken seasoned with your favorite spice)
1 small green pepper, julienned
1 small red pepper, julienned
1 small onion, julienned
Olive oil
Salt
Favorite spice (can use Italian I used @mealwiz sweet chili seasoning)
Shredded Quesadilla Mexican Cheese
Tortillas (any kind you prefer)
Avocado optional .
GARLIC SAUCE:
Mayonnaise
Minced fresh Garlic

METHOD:
Have your grilled chicken ready and diced into little cubes.
In a pan, sauté vegetables and spices together until they are tender.
Add the chicken and stir everything together. .
ASSEMBLE:
Spread some garlic sauce on the tortilla.
Add some cheese, then chicken, then more cheese. Place in a grill and toast for a minute.
If you want yours with avocados you can add the avocados inside as well before grilling.
