?? Ein schwarzer Stern auf rot-gold-grünem Grund: Heute war im Kanzleramt neben der deutschen und der europäischen die Flagge Ghanas gehisst, dessen Präsident Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo zu Gast war. Rot steht für das Blut, das im Kampf um Ghanas Unabhängigkeit vergossen wurde, Gold für die Bodenschätze und Grün für die einzigartige Natur. Der Stern symbolisiert die afrikanische Einheit und ist verantwortlich für den Spitznamen der Fußballnationalmannschaft, die „schwarzen Sterne“.

A black star on horizontal stripes in the colours of red, gold and green: Today, the national flag of Ghana was set up at the Chancellery, next to the ones of Germany and the EU, in order to greet President Akufo-Addo, @nakufoaddo. Red represents the blood of those who died in the country's struggle for independence. Gold symbolizes the mineral wealth of the country, green the country's rich forests. The black star means African unity and gives the national football team their nickname, the ‘Black Stars’.
