While visiting South Wales today, The Prince of Wales met children and their families at @ty_hafan.
This children’s hospice provides support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Facilities at their centre in Sully include a hydrotherapy pool, music therapy and specially adapted outdoor playground.
The Prince has been Patron of @ty_hafan since 2001.
