Our first day in Norway was pretty overwhelming as we got to spend it with the Uskal family at the @tromsoarcticreindeer farm and learn about the Sami culture and reindeer herding. The reindeer and the Sami have been living and working on this land for centuries and have invited guests to be part of their daily life only recently. I felt very lucky to have been able to spend whole day with them.
Here’s a portrait of Piia. She runs the farm with her husband and was the sweetest person ever ?.
