Been a very long progressive road with my squat and deadlift function. I’ve learned a lot over the last few months at PFS with @pfsgolf and @ando_pfs. Since 2012 I stopped doing both these exercises all together because of my spondi in L5. Although, there are other exercises I can do to strengthen my lower half, these two exercises can grow great strength and explosive power, if done properly. As an athlete sometimes we can move through movements incorrectly because our body finds ways to get them done, regardless if form is correct or not. I can’t express enough how crucial form really is when dealing with a lot of weight. In order to get stronger, and keep my body healthy, my form must be on point.
