For this tasty dish we need a lot of fresh market vegetables: Tomatos ???, Zucchini , Onions, Potatos ?, herbs/greens, Carrot ?, Asparagus - cut everything into big pieces....lay them out layers....and put the meat on top.
Meat: Lamb Chops and Veal...sea salt, pepper, Olive oil, sliced garlic
Sliced Tomatoes on top of the meat.
Cover the baking tray with the foil and put into the heated (170-180'C) oven for 1,5 hours.
After just serve it with the fresh market greens: basilica, cilantro, dill
