Hi mums,

Thanks for all your comments, good and bad. We are all so passionate about this, and we have been overwhelmed by the number of people that have shown an interest. We hear what you’re saying.

We have spent six months doing what we can to keep the costs down, but we’re offering a lot, and we’re working very hard to bring you the best of everything.
We know that not everybody will be able to go on the retreats so I will be making sure I post as much content as I can over the next few weeks, as well as from the retreats themselves. You’ll be able to join us online for the exercise classes and the parenting sessions, and I have asked all of our experts to post their thoughts and advice to our page. First up tomorrow, you’ll get to hear from the lovely Tyrone about his favourite exercises for women who are just starting out again after having a baby.
