We all have our own personal fitness goals, I’m determined to build more muscle and continue to breastfeed Logan, so i upped my calories by eating more carbs and protein.
My Fitness Guide obviously has more detailed workouts but to start out you can use 5lb-25lb dumbbells and do 3 sets of 25 reps.
