@posiehh made us croissant brownies (which we have dubbed “crownies”) a.k.a. brownie batter strewn with chunks of baked, buttery croissant a.k.a the best food mash-up since the cronut. Somehow when you bake bits of ? into the batter, they stay light and flaky. ?‍♀️ One taste tester said it reminded them, in the best way, of an Aero chocolate bar. Um, yes please.
